We monitor the grapes' development regularly through tasting to ensure harvesting at full maturity. The finest slopes of Visan are selected and harvested individually to preserve the unique qualities of each plot. Low yields guarantee excellent concentration and silky tannins. The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed. During maceration, temperatures are meticulously maintained between 18°C and 28°C for three weeks. This allows for a gentle extraction of tannins, aromas, and color from the skins.
We do not use oenological yeasts in order to preserve the typicity of the terroirs and vintages.

It can perhaps be drunk now and for the next 6 years provided it is stored in a good cellar.

Intense color with purple highlights. Warm nose with aromas of black fruit, stone fruit, and notes of spice and licorice. Full-bodied and fleshy on the palate, where the fruit is enhanced by a fresh character. A wine of character, powerful yet harmonious.
